We believe School-on-Wheels is our response to strengthening families.We believe we are a force for sexual, racial and social justice.We believe that we are witness to the broader Church and its social mission.

The program does not strive for total fluency, but to teach women basic interpersonal communication skills. Language is taught in the context of active learning using the Laubach system that has proven successful in overcoming functional illiteracy in 103 countries worldwide.
